PRE-REQUISTE OF ENTRY:

Membership is open to industry personnel in the following categories:

  • FULL MEMBERS: $120.00 Persons with a minimum of eight years’ experience within the industry, three years of which shall be in a Chef de Cuisine or Sous-Chef position in a recognised establishment.  Chefs de Partie at premier establishments will also be considered for this category of membership.
     
  • ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP: $85.00 Persons with a minimum of four years’ experience within the industry who have completed a recognised training programme and gained certification for the said training.
     
  • STUDENT MEMBERS: $50.00 Persons who have a minimum of one year’s experience in the industry and have gained the NZQA 751-2 or equivalent.
     
  • CORPORATE MEMBER: $275.00 Companies or associations who will benefit from the aims and objectives of the NZCA and who are prepared to assist in the promotion and advancement of the NZCA and the industry as a whole.
