| Issue number two for the year 2000. Well
I don't know about you the last two months have been extemely busy for me. After having a rather long holiday I decided it was time to get a new job and I'm glad to announce I'm now working for Fresh foods as a Account Executive for their Office Division, the company specialises in coffee and tea. In the same week my partner and I moved into our new house. What is it they say "The two most stressfull things you can do is start a new job and move house" and I did them in the same week. I do have to say the third most stressful thing in my life is getting articles out of some of the branches you know who you are . Please Please there must be something going on in your area of the world. The next deadline is June 23rd. E-mail me at jacqui.stockpot@xtra.co.nz Fax: 09-535-9777 Postal:1-12 Kells Place Howick Auckland. Iwould also like to point out we are a newsletter by chefs for chefs so more support and less critism would be great. On that note a letter in the last issue did not have its authors name due to a printing error that person was Maggie Flyn. The views expressed in this newsletter are not necessarily those of the editor or the NZCA. The cost of producing this newsletter is $5 |
![]() EDITORS LETTER I would also like to say in regards to this letter that warwick
brown should have had the opportunity to correct or address any problems
on the night instead of reading about them so if you have any bad dinning
experiences at least give the chef a chance to rectify them otherwise
someone else may also have a unsatisfactory dining experience. Catch you in the next issue.
